Grammar Focus: Using Present Perfect Simple and Continuous (+ for/since)

When talking about hobbies, interests, activities we like doing in our free time, it is sometimes interesting speaking about how long we have been doing those, that is, the duration of those activities in our vital experience.
The structure we need is usually present perfect simple or present perfect continuous (also "progressive") plus for and since. It is something you must be already familiar with, but a little revision will do no harm.

Enjoy!
